Confused Boo & Hiss

I just read
Immortals: The Redeeming.
By: Jennifer Ashley

It is Tain's story and I really really am glad he got his HEA.
But that' s not my Boo & Hiss stance.

No. I read the blurbs for the new Immortal series coming out and I'm ticked.

In Tain's story, there were no foreshadowing of the new guys on the block. These are totally new guys. I don't remember anything ever being mentioned about them. Why not? How can thier existence be justified?

Five Immortals, Five Brothers, Five brothers got their HEA's, so what gives?

You know what I expected? What I wanted?

Logan!
I want LOGAN'S story

He fascinated me. He has secrets. We were teased and it was hinted at. Septimus found out some dirt but not WHAT.

And no where is Logan's name mentioned in the up-in-coming blurbs.

So, I'm confused. Why not? And Boo & Hiss because he's not.

So, what's up, author Jennifer Ashley??
Will he be a sub plot?
Will he appear in the current series?
Will Logan ever get an HEA?

I'm pouting because it's likely I'll never know.

YEAH! Logan is going to have an HEA!!!

But,

I have to wait almost a YEAR?!!
But OH Wow, Jennifer, Thank you for answering!

Is it too early to pre-order? :-)

I don't know how you found my blog but I am So so happy you did. I have something to look forward to in 2009.

And, LOL!, Yes, I did enjoy
Tain('s story) Very much! He's become the expert on the Old Ones, hasn't he.
You know, I like my tortured heroes, but his story makes everyone else's look like a walk in the park.
Very gripping character.
Thanks, Jennifer!

Michele: Thanks for your comments on my blog. :-) (Someone spotted your post and told me, which is how I found you, btw.)

I just checked, but The Reckoning isn't available on Amazon yet. It will probably go "live" in a couple of months.

On the Immortals site: http://www.immortals-series.com/books.html--scroll down to the cover of The Reckoning (fourth book down). I'll eventually get story blurbs and a pre-order link on it, plus I'll post to my own blog/website when it's order-able.

I couldn't let yummy Logan go without a story. :-)

As for Tain's final battle--well, I thought of it as therapeutic for him. He suffered so much before because the big bad demon thought him beautiful (big bad demon was twisted), and now Tain's only beautiful to the woman who truly loves him. Right? :-)

But who knows, he's Immortal, he will likely get better. ;-)

Thanks again for your posts.

I Tried a Book Out of My Comfort Zone

Sometimes, reading out of my comfort zone is ... well, uncomfortable. The blurb of the book sounded rather interesting. The Fate of Mercy ...
