I like a Challenging Quiz

THANKS BRANDY!!! I had not realized that blogger acutally posted the picture that went with the quiz. Forget the quiz link. It doesn't work. I have absolutely NO IDEA what went wrong...how I found the post that was actually invisible, was there only when viewed from my email response but not there while viewing comments or the blog itself. I have no concept of HTML Mysteries...suffice it to say..here's what my quiz said...if I can find the link and a link that WORKS, I'll edit my entry and let you know. Darn, this is incredibly frustrating and embarrassing. Thank goodness Brandy alerted me before too many people got the impression that I'd gone a little loopy....and I haven't even STARTED my Christmas shopping!!!!!

George Washington

My test tracked 4 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender:

George Washington

You scored: 66 Wisdom, 65 Tactics, 49 Guts, and 38 Ruthlessness!

Washington first served as a British officer during the French and Indian War, a war which he inadvertently helped to start. Afterwards, he resigned his post to marry Martha Dandridge Custis, a wealthy widow with two children. He was elected to the House of Burgesses and became a revolutionary leader at the outset of the American Revolution, attending both the first and second Continental Congresses. Washington was appointed Commander in Chief of the Continental Army in the American Revolutionary War (1775–83), leading the Americans to victory over the British, although sometimes in not the most scrupulous of ways. After the war, he served as president of the 1787 Constitutional Convention. Because of his central role in the founding of the United States and enduring legacy, Washington is sometimes called the "Father of his Country."

My test tracked 4 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender:

You scored higher than 65% on Unorthodox

You scored higher than 43% on Tactics

You scored higher than 34% on Guts

You scored higher than 38% on Ruthlessness

No problem. Like I've never made an ooboo?
By the way, Washington wasn't an officer in the British military. He WANTED to be one, but they wouldn't make him one. He joined the American military in part because he wanted to be an officer.
(don't be mad at me for correcting you, I saw his Biography on the History channel.)(I LOVE the history Channel *g*.)

Brandy...LOL,
I didn't write the response..the author of the quiz did.
You are correcting him/her, not me..you could correct anything you want, and it wouldn't bother me. In fact, anyone reading this blog post would Thank You. No one likes to have incorrect info about our first President.
So, I Thank You too!!!!

I still can't believe Blogger put the pic up and that I could still find the "missing" post...AFTER I deleted it!!!
Too weird...

I don't know if you'd want to be known as President Snickerdoodle.

I like cherries, myself, and have had many of them in my mouth at one time or other. You probably didn't know that.

I came in as William Wallace.

This, sadly, doesn't surprise me, as I suspect that any military action I led would end up with my being drawn and quartered in front of a cheering crowd. ;)

Just wanted to let you know my Dh took the quiz and came up as Wahington as well.

Sudhakar, Gangadhar, My Mouth, Avindair and again, Brandy

Thanks so much for your comments. I tried to responsd individually, but Blogger kept losing my post/commment. I've no idea what's going on..I hope this one at least gets in.

Glad you all liked the quiz!!! It sure made me think.
If I find any more of this caliber, I'll be sure to let you know.
Have a great day, Everybody!!!!!

I Tried a Book Out of My Comfort Zone

Sometimes, reading out of my comfort zone is ... well, uncomfortable. The blurb of the book sounded rather interesting. The Fate of Mercy ...
