Wake up at 6:45 AM and what do you see?

Winter was beautiful so early in the morning.
It's a good thing too that I snuck out in my jammies for these pictures as three hours later, all the snow was off of the power lines and trees.
The winds came ahowling.
some of these pictures will be better appreciated if you clicked on them for the greater detail.
The one thing about having snow this late in the season is that it stays shorter and shorter. But while it is here, we can enjoy Mother Natures Marshmallow Brush. *grin*

Has anyone read any books by Cherry Adair? I'm curently reading her Edge series and they're pretty good. The premise is fun. Oh, the books aren't comical by any means. They are serious thrillers with a side order of romance, hot action and ... hot action. *wink*
May your Saturday Morning be beautiful, the afternoon insightful and your evening delightful.

I love the snow pictures. I don't think we're going to see that type of snow down here anytime soon.

Let me know what you think about her books, I was reading about them the other day.

Beautiful pictures! I have heard about Cherry Adair, but not read her books. I just picked up Rough and Ready by Sandra Hill at the library. And you know I've been looking for a copy of The Damsel in this Dress by Marianne Stillings at the UBS for the past 4 months? I went ahead and ordered it last week and then when I went to the UBS today, there was a copy!! I went ahead and picked it up, I'm going to send the other one back. Can you believe it? *G*

It was quite cold here in Oklahoma last week - like scary below zero wind chills. This week? mid-70s and 60s. We've got the air conditioner on now! But, possible tornadoes, hail, and damaging wind today. Feels like Oklahoma in the spring.

It's been nice having some serious snow here this winter. Your pics are so beautiful. Of course, I like my snow heavy enough so I don't have to get out and about in it. I like sitting in my parlor, watching the world turn white.

Hi ,Dru!

RE: Cherry's book ... I liked the premise. Wizards against terrorist.
I felt the sex happened too early in the book but that was explained by the "curse". I truly felt the plot/conflict could have carried the story no problem. I liked it that much. I have the other two brother's book on order. I then found out that there are more in the T-Flac world, but I don't know what order to read them and how many ....but it's going to be fun to "catch up".
Glad you liked the pictures

Brandy,
OOooh, Sandra HIll! I love her books.. I liked the one you mentioned too. Out of all of them, the Love Potion was the only one I had a hard time with. All the rest are raves.

I'm glad you're able to return the other book. I love to get a great book at a bargain price.
Thanks for the pic compliment!

Kelli!!
Hey there!
Oh wow! I hope all the worst weather passes you by. Stay safe.

And thank you for saying you enjoyed my winter scenes.
Heavy snow makes the prettiest pictures, doesn't it?
Thanks for dropping by!

I've been meaning to read the Cherry Adair set in Alaska. Haven't yet though.

I Tried a Book Out of My Comfort Zone

Sometimes, reading out of my comfort zone is ... well, uncomfortable. The blurb of the book sounded rather interesting. The Fate of Mercy ...
