I was looking for something to make Robin smile

I found these handsome gentlemen willing to pose for Robin. They'd heard she was having a rough day. Knowing that levity strikes at random, we can only be grateful that these chainmail wearing manly men chose to grace the blogosphere with their wicked sense of fun...

Hope your day is brighter, Robin!!!

I did find a joke of gentle humor to go along with today's goofiness:

Two tourists were driving through Wisconsin. As they were approaching Oconomowoc,
they started arguing about the pronunciation of the town's name. They argued back and forth until they stopped for lunch. As they stood at the counter, one tourist asked the blonde employee.
"Before we>order, could you please settle an argument for us? Would you please pronounce where we are... very slowly?
The blonde girl leaned over the counter and said,
Burrrrrr, gerrrrrr, Kiiiing."

Or to be really sickeningly cute:

Cattle Prod

A YOUNG MAN in love with a pretty young lady wanted to impress her, so he took her to his farm to show her his large herd of cattle.
When they got to the pasture, they noticed two cattle with their noses pressed together as if they were kissing.
“I sure would like to do that,” said the young man as he moved a little closer to the girl.
“Go ahead,” she answered. “They’re your cattle.”

Have a great day and may your muse not confuse, but amuse!!

How do you think I felt when I stumbled onto it, looking for "manly men" and got THAT??!!!

**snicker/giggle**

I'm laughing with Jason, too, Michelle because I think you and I are both traumatizing him. Between you posting pics of men in drag, and me with all the "man-polls" on my blog, poor Jason is going to have a nervous breakdown. I'm trying to come up with a more balanced blog. You know, having stuff of manly interest too. :-)

Thanks Brandy! Gee, I did this all for Robin, and she hasn't even stopped by yet! I guess my other place did the job, but you know, you can never have too much "happy".
I liked the burger one too. It wasn't what i expected when I first read it. It "Got" me, LOL

No Way, Tanya!! Have we really done that to poor Jason?
Too much!
My bad. I haven't visited you in a bit. Gotta check this out!
Looks like a great Tag-Team in the making, you think? *giggle*
Good luck with the balance thing . Sounds like a great challenge.

But wait, Michele--where's Robin? Could it be that she needs a little prodding, as she's been so good about doing to some of us who tend to be lazy bloggers? As for the picture, thanks for that edifying image, which will most likely make us all a little bit better human beings and probably start a wave that will culminate in ultimate world peace.

OHMY-- What I expected, I didn't know... but what I saw I am now trying to FORGET!! Yikes!
If Robin or Any one of us really thought about it... Our day yesterday could have been A LOT worse, regardless of what happen..... Our children could have come home wearing this!~ Now how would you explain that one to Grandma?

LOL....oh Michele, I SOOOOOO needed this! THANK YOU! Yesterday was so horrid I turned off my pc and actually got out of my house and went to *gasp* walmart. UGH. See? I'm having bad, bad days! My poor writing world is crashing down on my punkin head. UGH. People, there IS a glass ceiling up there and I REALLY want a bazooka to shoot a hole in it! TRUST ME! Thanks so much for posting this, Michele. I need the laugh. Today isn't going much better!

And "world peace"? Haha, don't think so. Fall to pieces, in laughter maybe ... actually, that's a good thing, yes?

Corina! Hi! Gee, I hope this post didn't scare you away. Only the "blues and blahs" were suppoesed to be affected. *wink*
As for explaining to Grandma ... too funny if granny wore her own..LOL!!

Robin!! You made it!!! Yeah
Wow, sounds serious .."crashing down"?! We can't have THAT now, can we?
Oooh, but I like the Bazooka idea. Yeah ...I wonder if I could find one to post on my other blog.

15+ years ago I was driving in CA all day and for the life of me hadn't noticed the sign that indicated which town I was passing through. So I asked the cashier where I was and they said... "McDonald's." I laughed at them right back. I remember which town it was now! Oxnard.

So...my suspicions about you and Tanya ganging up on me are not just my paranoia after all!!

Men in drag.
Who's the dreamiest hunk polls....

I have to erase my hard drive after every visit.

(Why am I suddenly hearing "I'm a lumberjack, and I'm okay" in my head?)

Jason, ROTFL,
At least you're not bored when you visit here! LOL.
"lumberjack?" sounds intriguing....

Yeah, it does boggle the mind, doesn't it? *grin*

LOL, Annalee. You even remembered the real town's name? I'm impressed not only with that, but your sense of humor.

Kendra! Welcome! And I'm SO glad you got a laugh from your visit here. :-)

I Tried a Book Out of My Comfort Zone

Sometimes, reading out of my comfort zone is ... well, uncomfortable. The blurb of the book sounded rather interesting. The Fate of Mercy ...
