Beautiful pictures!! I can see that you had a great time. My Mom used to vacation is Cape Cod growing up.
I wanna go! These are great pictures Michele - thanks for sharing. I'd love to tour that ship.
2nd pic of ship gave me the creeps! I have a 'thing' about ships and the sea too.
And horses and steam trains. There you go - lots of choices for you to freak me out with!
:o)
Thanks, Brandy! Wow, your Mom knew Cape Cod? Cool. She had great taste in vacation spots.
Oh,Eve, you'd have a blast on that ship. We were on that one for
2 & 1/2 hours and hadn't truly seen everything, plus there were two other ships plus a submarine to tour. Gotta go back!
You can even have sleep overs there at $45.00 per person. On Memorial Day weekend, there were close to 600 Boy Scouts sleeping over. Of course, we all know that "sleep" wasn't truly on the agenda, LOL.
I would so enjoy doing that too. I'm short enough. *grin*
M.E., No way! Not ships too. They are majestic and an incredible feat of human ingenuity. It blows my mind realizing the intricacy built into battleships. Horses I can fathom, but Steam Trains? Have you ever ridden on one? I have - fun. Even went on the Cog Railway in New Hampshire last Memorial Day weekend - I blogged about it. I love walking on a train while it is moving, great vertigo tease.
Life is full of fun things. Woot!
Cool pictures, Michele :)
Very nice... I'd so like to see that area of the country. Thanks for sharing. :)
Thanks, Bonnie!
I'd like you to see them too, Annalee. Both coasts have unique offerrings. I'd love to see the West coast someday too.
Your are Excellent. And so is your site! Keep up the good work. Bookmarked.

I'm going to be in Ma. for a few weeks, so thanks for the ideas on some places to visit on the weekends.
Hey , C.P.!
Long time no see!
Oh Wow, you're coming this way?
Cool!
I hope you have a good time and that the RAIN ends in time for your trip. Its been rotten since Memorial Day weekend. We were SO lucky.
Bet you are heading towards Boston...everything kinda ends up there when anyone visits Mass.
All the best to you!
Hi! Just want to say what a nice site. Bye, see you soon.
